Rachel is co-founder of Moneypenny, the world's leading telephone answering service with over 1,300 people across the UK and US, internationally renowned as "the happiest office in the land." She also founded WeMindTheGap, a social mobility charity that won the prestigious 2025 Centre for Social Justice Award, recognising it as one of the UK's most outstanding grassroots organisations changing futures for underserved young people. Rachel brings her experience building world-class organisations that combine commercial excellence with social purpose to supporting Public Life's mission of creating national civic infrastructure.
