He is drawn to Public Life's model of entrepreneurship as a collective endeavour - where communities, institutions, and businesses mobilise around hidden entrepreneurs to create lasting change. Previously worked for 25 years in management consulting, leading complex business transformation programmes, building successful organisational cultures at scale and leading high performing teams. He co-founded Gate One in 2012 to disrupt traditional management consulting by delivering more empathetic client support and creating richer career paths for consultants.
